We said goodbye to Uncle Steve today. Of the many things he accomplished and valued, he worked for 47 years for Iowa's Guthrie County. During the eulogy, the pastor informed us that Steve had personally named all of the county roads In Guthrie. Of the many, many roads in the county, he referenced one in particular- Koala Avenue. On my drive home, I stumbled on to it (see below-plus some other shots from the trek to Guthrie Center, Iowa).
